Francis worked with an out of town landlord on his listing in East Syracuse. Putting his trust in Francis to come up with an analysis to find the most optimal lease rate. With this they drove up traffic on the listing and found multiple prospects to pick from.
In the end they settled on a perfect user for the space and a five year deal.
Most of the time it is not about squeezing every last source of income out of a property, but creating stable income and finding a user that will be successful in the space.
