Francis recently represented the tenant in a three year industrial lease. This particular client is involved in aerospace manufacturing. They needed a clean space that was serviced by air conditioning to accomplish humidity constraints.
Many options were explored including purchasing multi tenant buildings to offset operating expenses to leasing clean kitchen space. Eventually they settled on a flex space in a business park setting. This allows them to be close to their suppliers, have room to grow, and have a low commitment lease allowing the flexibility in three years.
